Back to the Cold!

My finals just ended about a week ago. Only 1 semester of actual classes left! Eric and I celebrated by heading to Miami. One of Eric's good friends, John, was in town visiting his brother. The boys played golf while I went to shopping, then we all spent the night eating and drinking at various outdoor restaurants in South Beach.

I can't wait to fly home today, even if it means leaving 75 degree weather. We're both really excited to see everyone. Merry Christmas!!!!

Thanksgiving, finals, and moving

The Friday following Thanksgiving, Eric and I headed up to Orlando to visit Beth, Nick, Aubrey, and Chase at Disney. We spent all day Saturday walking around Downtown Disney, visiting different shops and playing Lego's with Aubrey at Legoland. That night, we had a fun night out to dinner at the House of Blues without the kids. It was really great seeing Aubrey and Chase again. I can't believe how much they grown since we last saw them in July and luckily I get to see them again at Christmas!















Today we finally finished moving into our new place. Luckily we are staying in same community, so the move was not too bad and our friend Sean helped out Eric with the big stuff. We are renting for the first month, but we are under contract to buy and expect to officially be homeowners before Christmas! The layout is the exact same as are last place, so decorating and organizing will be a breeze. The only major difference will hopefully be painting all the walls, which is going to be tedious since we have 3 stories to deal with.
